Nice day at Dalarö!

First time with 7.0 on the Isonic 107... Very nice combo!  The water became extremely choppy in the end, but the I-107 takes the chop really nicely. Even gybing was okay. Very happy with an Alpha of 21,5 in these conditions!

The Hurricane 38 fin felt good, but next time I am powered up with my 7.0 I will try with a 36 fin. The upwind performance of the I-107 is super-good (with good winds), so I think the 36 fin would have done the job today (with less drag than the 38).

I also tried sailing with extra weight today (bag with water inside a back-pack). What a huge difference!!! I started with about 2-3 kg, but stopped and filled it more and more. Speeds were just getting better and better the more I filled the bag... In the end it was 8kg (checked when I came home) which started to feel physical to sail with, but still ok. Next time I will try more weight to see where my limit is.
