What Hans did today was insane, big respect! When i entered the water Hans told me about his 10 sec run of 88 km and 50 knots topspeed. Pushed directly the first run and this was my fastest of the day. Was impossible to beat Hans his numbers so i gave up on this. Compared to the others i was really fast, even sailed the fastest 5x10 sec ever sailed in Zeeland, but Hans was just faster today and he broke again his spot record big time. He told me very angry not to touch this anyway so happy i didn't;-)

At least i have a faster 500 meter and maybe even the fastest sailed on a lake in Holland. Starting to get serious trouble with my energie level and my back, hope i can manage to be fit again for the Mondial du Vent.
