Nice one Norm,

Already asked him on facebook, waiting for a reply at the end of the day if we have a big enough team we can cover each other if people can't make it on the water.

Well not make it on the water but committed to different sailing, saying that could still do one hour and distance.

We shall see would be nice.

keep up the good work Mark. Nice to here from Howard whos stearing clear of the stormtrack thread! I will do a bit for you H then your luck will change up north and you can get back on it . Cant do more than one as my forecastings not too reliable, look at last weekend.
Well,

I'm not saying anything coz in any sport if you go round with a big head on what you did do or had done you get kicked right in the nuts bloody hard and everyone laughs.

And also this is gonna the first go and meant to be fun even if it does get close i promise i will be saying to the boys you must be at work on time and finish at the right time.

Did i just say that?
Lol

Ok.

No good for meeting tonight everyone busy as such.....
So anyone up for a meet in the week at the Ferry Bridge Inn or leave till next friday the latest got to get this sorted!

The Agenda,

No 1. Need forms filled in and signed anyone need one i will have some on the night or i can mail you if you have a printer sorted. As for Ian if you could get one filled in and scanned then mailed back to me happy days or even better if we see you in person for your own input.

No 2. Team name, we are meeting next week friday the latest to sort out team name when we sort a user friendly night for all, hopefully friday hint hint.
Anyone that can't make it mail me your suggestions and i will bring it up at the meeting.

No 3. Any Rules that need to be understood for the team challenge lets get it clear from the start. no Fack ups.

No 4. I will be at the Ferry Bridge Inn next friday 1800 hours unless we meet before and get this sorted.
If we don't meet before and i'm the only muppet there on friday trust me the team name will be off the menu knowing the ferry bridge it could be bad.

Drop a note or mail me

Swags.

Swags, just in case we don't meet up in the next few windy days, could you email the form

I'll get it back to you somehow even if I have to post it.
Keep up the good work swags, I'm sure it'll all come good.

Obvously dont fill in the team name bit coz we aint got one lol.

Will give my home address out on the e-mail if you wanna post it mate.

Swags.
Done and dusted.
If you got any team name ideas mail them if your not down next week cheers,
They all count.
Swags.

Ok. we have another shipmate so the team consists of,

Pete Young,
Kev Greenslade,
Simon Pettifer,
Steph Corps,
Mark Matthews,
Norman Petty,
Ian Richards,
Jim Crossley.

Oh anyone that can make it? This friday at the Ferry Bridge Inn if you can't and got any input mail me and i will bring it up, and will also mail you anything we come up with at the meeting.

cheers swags.

Well,
Looks like we have a team sorted by the looks of it the last recruit is in so this is the list of shipmates,

Mark Matthews,
Pete Young,
Kev Greenslade,
Norman Petty,
Ian Richards,
Steph Corps,
Simon Pettifer,
Simon Cofield,
Jim Crossley.

This list is in no order of abilities or skill, this will be sorted out on friday 11th at the Ferry Bridge Inn 1800 at the first team meeting to discuss team name and rules of engagement.

To address name order in the team there will be a jousting comp in the carpark in electric invalid buggies (sponsered by Active Mobility) with 430 masts anyone found with extensions of any sort will be disqualified!

Of course this will be a handicapped ordeal so Pete will have an extra battery!

Anyone else out there that sail the harbour and mad enough to join its not too late so put your name down or turn up at the meet.

Of course if you live out of town and can't make it mail me team name suggestions.

Thanks,

Swags......
Looking good mate.

Anyone can join the team at anytime in the year. I figure as soon as the "Portland Pirates" ;) hit no.1 spot in the GPSTC, your numbers will be on the up.
Right,

Tomorrow night Ferry Bridge Inn 1900 if thats alright with everyone i may get there a bit earlier if you wanna join me.

cheers,

swags.
