Today was the first day I have sailed in 5 months and added to this I had one hell of a hangover from drinking all day yesterday. Still it was nice and sunny at Marazion and Hilary came down with me and helped rig up the gear. The wind was light and gusty and my sailing fitness was poor as I could hardly hang onto the boom because I had cramps in both hands after about 10secs of sailing on each tack. I think I should have been doing 35/36's if I was fit but good to be back on the water. Sea temperature has warmed up nicely after the cold winter.
