Καλοσωριζουμε ενα ταλαντουχο παιδι τον Αλκη που για πρωτη φορα στο speed και με δυσκολες συνθηκες εκανε απιστευτα πραγματα ΜΠΡΑΒΟ

Very tuff conditions on the lake, very risky, easy to injure. Huge rolling chop make the small boards fly , and nobody really enjoy the speed. Everybody could go faster with widest boards (but nobody change), all waiting the wind direction turning, which never came.

All the gang where there, (Elias join us from faar away), all with positive energy, fun and no complains (rare for a competition..) We salut Alkis ,very promising young windsurfer which always overtakes his targets. 

I had one lucky run at the end so i hit the race  (sorry Partner.. i hope this not effect our cooperation.., it will never happen again, i promise..! )

Congrats to Black Rider for winning, he desevred it 100%!

The big surprise of the day was Alkis Vovos: 16 years old, doing speed for the 1st time, sailing brilliantly. He has a great future in front of him

Wind direction was totally wrong, just 30-40m to "accelerate" into big rolling chop and then you had to find a way to stop before hitting the other bank of the lake.... 

"Spin Out" Kos windsurfing center will host our 2015 Speed Championship at the end of September. We already have some interest from speed sailors around the world!

well done to everybody! (γιατρε μου σου τα λεγα εγω.....)

first time since 2007 that I missed such a fun occasion....., hope to see you all soon again :-)

this was the first time that i competes in a speed event and i absolutely loved it.  I also met the speed windsurfers...
