I read on the gps team challenge something about the gt 35, measurments in 0.2 sec (is this 5 hz ?) I hope the tech group can explain their tests here, thanks in advantage.

Hi Marcel. This is a limited run prototype that Locosys built for testing. It has both 1 hz Sirf 3 chip and MTK 5hz chip using the same antenna. The MTK writes to the SD card in NMEA format. The Sirf 3 writes to the buffer memory in .sbp format. Testing showed some interesting promise but also some issues. Locosys discontinued the project. AFAIK there were about 6 made. I think about 4 are here in Australia and 2 in Europe. Normal speed results correlated extremely well between the two chips. :-)
