Good forecast today for daymer today but not much wind came through, as a consequence hard to stay on the plane and lots of stopping to wait for a gust. Lovely day though and 1st time out on a slalom board in months. Rigged the 7m with too much downhaul so will try and remember this for next time. Great fun to sail with both Simon and Jonny, who had the most brutal wipeout... He bore off in a gust and his board took off before nosediving and catapulting him headfirst into the mast... The bump was the size of an egg.

Stayed in for ages and although the wind did not come through enjoyed a nice sunset at the end. Hopefully more wind will come through this holiday as I've been out twice already. Still three weeks of holiday left....
