Crazy way to start new year! Rain showers all day so wind all over the place. I took a 6.0 which was underpowered 95% of the time and fully wound the rest. Waves were a bit too close together so no good lanes today. Still really enjoyed myself apart from falling on a gybe and promptly kneeing a coral head trying to waterstart. Not too much blood, but with Maui's recent shark history I made sure not to hang around in the water ;)
