What an epic day. Super windy with gusts recorded of 55 knots, one knot away from 11 beaufort. 

Hans mentioned yesterday that it was going to be spooky today. I regret that I mentioned that I don't believe in ghosts and that big surfers go on the water no matter what. I would have loved to use a baby sail today, haha

The 5.1 or even 4.6 would have been better suited for the occasion. Only once I found the guts to slingshot a short distance away from the damms in between the hammer gusts. The rest was pure survival.
