| Remarks | fun day at Sandy. Left home at 4.30 am and arrived 8.30. The wind was great but the incoming tide did chop things up a fair bit towards the end of the run. The 08 5.8 Koncept was awesome and very controllable. I used the 23 assy lockwood/mcdougall fin but in hindsight should have run the 21. I used the cut out plates in the 08 missile "S" for the first time and it did seem to keep the nose down nicely. The board didn't seem as loose over the chop either. I will probably use them more...
A great day for all with most guys running pb's. I haven't bumped up the 5 x 10 ave but pushed up all of 100, 250,500, so thats ok.
Well done to Chris and Mal For pushing the boundries even further. I've got 50 bucks saying Chris is the first to 50kn. He is a machine.
Special mention to Spotty for hitting the "10" . Awesome.
