This morning the conditions looked promising for the rest of the day, but between 11.30 and 14.00 the wind completly died and we almost gave up for today. Suddenly the wind kicked in and the first 51 knots run from Hans and Gunnar where on the screen. I started slowly but whatever i tried i was not able to come even close to the speeds from Hans, most frustrating i was on exact the same gear. The only difference i am not Hans Kreisel. He did a 500 meter of 52,3 knots according to his GPS and the video timing! I have no excuse, i just need to get my act better together in these condtions. I hope we get an other chance before we leave. The only positive thing for me is that i sailed a personal best on the 5x10 seconds. Look forward to see the official results from the record runs from Hans and Gunnar.

not my day not finding the goeed gust

100,4 2sec WTF super stoked

Epic day out of nowhere wind was not super stable but happy to do 3 smoking runs but still feel i ca do a lot better. Just need more wind! Good to see the competition between me and Gunnar is close also for motivation to give it a little extra. Really need these days on the canal for motivation to keep on going doing this. Train harder get stronger fitter faster hopefully we get some more wind here now but next time when i'm back here number are gonna go berserk. Keep up the good work Raffie and CREW!!! I'm loving the canal great atmosphere as well. Big thanks to BAR DE STULP RENESSE for the sponsoring! Windsurfcandy.com
