exciting day with Pernille, Brian, Heidi Christian and Robert!  4,7 was to big in the end. Beautiful water and company :-)

Today I went for the short runs. Many thanks to Heidi and Christian for borrow a really very small Patrik board, 39 cm. First I had to feel good on that board, and after a view runs it felt comfortable. So a new personal 2 seconds, personal best 500 and best personal average. I would have needed one extra run, but the wind went on too strong I could not survice the gust anymore. Wind was 40 mabye 45 knots....... So I have to deal with 0,01 km to slow for a average of 70 km pu  (37,257 MPU) Was nice with ouwer Danish frends, Pernille and Brian, and ofcourse Heid and Christian.

Difficould black tram session. Went for the mile 4 times but had some windholes in every run. Than we had to rescue people and the lightning arrived.....

Not an easy day, bit good training!
It was super square we were again working on my stance :-) 

went 5times for the mile... everything was runing good until some riders rescue and thunderstorm with lightenings :-(

But all are healty & that's the most important. And all the girls (Kirsten & Pernille came from the water with PB's, that's the second important :-)
