Nice flat water session with Neil Hardwick, sailing for about 1 hour but spread over 5 hours.
The wind was very up and down but I slightly improved my alpha PB and got a half decent mile for the spot.
When the wind arrived in the afternoon it was very sudden and 6.4m was way too big so we called it a day.
Hopefully we will be speed sailing tomorrow and Sunday. :)
