Yesterday the conditions were to bad so we went again to today. Mudruns are populair nowadays. Conditions were really nice with flat water sun and lots of wind. Only managed 6 runs and after that I was wasted with cramps in my arms. Just as Johan I need to eat more spinach. Hans and Jurjen wrote history today with absolute insane speeds. Lots of happy faces with all the pr's(congrats all). I have a pr on avg(0.04 km/h faster :) ) max run and the classic speed distance the 500 meters. Massive improvement on that one.
