Another difficult day in La Franqui for me...first almost not enough wind, then super strong and very Northerly direction.Then i put my foot on a Stingfish (maybe I should wear shoes) and the pain was so much I had to stop!  Sandbanks were better then yesterday...but I still have to learn a lot...getting better slowly! Nice to see so many "Speed addicted"
