Strongest Wind Ever - Rigged my smallest sail NORTH HERO 4.0 and held on for dear life - still managed to sail in waves !!! on a lake !!!

Good Survival Session, could go upwind and even gybe !!! Coming back down wind was a mission.

Good day to learn my limits - did not break any record (other than highest gust recorded during sailing) but also did not break any ribs !!!

Again the side training has paid off and HR avg was 138 and max was 161 which is very good considering the apocaliptic conditions.
