Turned up at mersea to give foiling another go, but wind had picked up to 7.8 firewing wind and 114ltr X-Fire 38 F-hot fin.

wind had a little north in the westerly. Choppy as mersea is but my  speeds were great against everyone else there ;)

Tide was running out so was always nudging upwind so didnt end up downwind.

Not a bad end to the week, looking at forecast should be a fair ammount of training this week
