I still felt my muscles from the previous windsurf session, the plan was to learn something about my 7 in lighter wind conditions (or just do some big board surfing). I asked for Rene his advice, he recommended something between 7 en 7.7.. So I used my 7, which I wanted to use anyway. But it didn't go liked planned at all, the wind increased a lot, it was no easy light wind test and it was definitly not easy with sore muscles. But I guess it was a good exercise.
