Variable wind day, started on arrival with decent winds gusting through around 24 knots, rigged 7m AC1 slalom race sail and 105 litre goya bolt freerace with 36cm zfin which i use as a trainer fin when tide is low which it was at low tide time. the winds lulled too which i did later change up sail size to a 7.8m (could have got away with bigger 8.6m and larger medium slalom borard but stuck with 105 litre goya bolt 2016. wind direction swung from south east to ene but filled in again 10 minutes before packing away. sometimes cant get the consistent winds, today was one such day but some very exciting gust runs on the occasions the gusts came through. overcast day after what started out blue sunny skies.
