Very weird conditions today, but fun session with Peter and Mr. Baldini.

Started with 6.2-54-27 but this felt big and was tricky with the low tide. 10s run of 70,50km/u with this combo.

I rigged this small combo, but it was difficult to go fast. Very short and empty gusts and often too broad for this small combo.

Still fun to sail with a lot more wind then expected!!

Tried some miles for the GPSTC. Very happy with the result.

It wasn't easy. These f*king kiters don't watch their back. They just come out of sea to the beach without looking. Really dangerous and it made me really mad.

Mile could have been faster because of this 10s 34kn 'kite-dip'.

Wind was average, so I chose this combo. After 25 min I hit a sandbank and broke my mast. I replaced it for an old Red Line 430 mast (for Code Red). It was not so bad. After 50 min I gave it more downhaul. After that I wanted to make a run and snap. It broke too. Not made for Reflex. ;-)

So I put a 460 mast in it. It was too stiff but I could go on the water again.

Later the wind picked up and I changed the set to 5.6 (no mast for 6.2) and iSonic Speed w54. See next session.

Second session today, with other set.
