Frustrating afternoon at the park but ended a good evening 

Cracking sail at Hamworthy with the After Work Club of the Hamworthy Heroes who were all killing it whilst I seemed just to find holes and chop, its such a good training ground and my short session has left me feeling surprisingly battered.
