35 knots all they way !    We had one  5min squall...I just caught the start & got 36k, by the time I got back up the course it had gone..DAM

Even though the speeds are not good, this was a great quick session for me. I was under-powered and struggled to even get going most of the time, and no feel of power during the runs. This why I am well chuffed with the results. I have been setting my kit up completly wrong and this has been effecting my stance. Farrel gave me a lesson on how to set my equipment up for a broad course, wow what difference it made. Stance felt much better, arms are no longer pumped, used less energy and board felt very controlled. All I needed was a bit more wind to finally get those averages up. Only three of us out, Farrel flying as usual and Chris looking very fast as well. Neil got the morning session today. Was scary fun dodging the freestylers and freeriders. I have not seen West Kirby this busy for a long time. I guess there were 50 or 60 windsurfers on the water. Great day:)

First time out in a while, nice to see everyone.  Practice alpha's but the one I thought were good didn't show as alpha as not long enough. The best one's were when I was tring to get back up the lake have done a speed run. On runs down the wall, the fin was letting go and the board was going side ways. not sure if it was me or the fin. the fast run of the day ended in a big heap and I now have a nice big hole in the lower half of my sail.  went back out on the 6.4 and another fin but sit not right. Fittness was showing as a was tried after a couple more runs so called it a day.

Well done Mark and Chris, good speeds for the conditions
