Didn't think November was going to deliver any decent wind for speed, today was good but unfortunately the tide wasn't great.. very low.

First time in 6 weeks that I have come off the water without aching. Nice session in difficult conditions. Still need lots of little breaks and I always try to choose to stop somewhere that will get in the  way of the Matrix, he likes the challenge I beleive.

Nice day's sailing  little bit pi$$ed of with Nm was on for a Pb in the harbour until i span out and head butted the boom and average should have been better but hey can't moan really nice to get out.

Painfully nice. Thanks for the board lend after my first hr attempt Swags.

tried some of my new kit today 80 litre board and the ram struggled a bit getting my foot in the rear strap its very narrow on the back ,sail was great though shame about the low tide more practice needed, had a good catapult as well  that was fun haven'nt done one of those for a while

re entered for gps 2012 championship
