While it was a south-westerly I thought I'd try & get a grip on gybing my W49, So I stick in a large slalom fin & went for it.  

Quite happy with a 23.9 Alpha

Was a top day & I've never seen as many windsurfers out.

on yhe water at 1pm, very gusty sw wind 20-35 knots. no potential for decent runs. best speeds were on port tack from the wall heading towards the car park. sunday morning has potential for epicness we shall see. gonna be a very early start anyway.

My First day at Kirby -- not a perfect day but interesting ! had a hell of a crash an was a bit concused for the rest of the day ! nice to meet all the crazy speedy people .

It's taken awhile but broke the 30 kt barrier on my raceboard today and good fun trying as the sun set over the Welsh Mountains _ shame it wasn't a fraction more wind !!!
