Could have used a smaller sail but never felt overpowered, was on the edge though. REALLY like the sails, as my speed today shows, that was done through the chop near the matchstick. Choppy mess and not much water again today. Cant wait to get them on flatter water.

Took a big board out to get my fitness up, the RS4 doesnt seem to slow me down much in this sort of water state.

Choppy and shallow, would be nice to get some flat water sometime. New mile PB, first without a gybe in the middle.

could only manage a quick afternoon session not much too shout about rubbish direction ,just happy to have gone out 3 days in a row ! oh yeah seen that  submereged boat today watch out 

lowest tide iv seen for a long time  only 1 or 2 people  out direction was straigt out staight in with little water but had a go
