Pretty light wind in close to shore, quite brutal at times out in the middle. First run I went for a mile out to the wall, managed 1500m at 27.8 knots then fell in in no wind. Dont think I have ever been as cold since I worked at the Grand National parking cars in the snow when I was 15!

Warmed up nicely, had a few races with Tom, beat him on the straights but the boy is getting very fast round the corners, well done.

At the end of the session with what felt like a dropping wind, fell in 10m from the slipway, hooked my foot under the boom and started to front crawl in. With my head under water I soon realised that it was still as cold as the start of the session. Ouch!

Hard work today...gusty southerly wind.

Rigged smaller hoping it would pick up a bit more great fun in the dark.

looked a bit grim when i got there people where packing up , but i had to have a go rigged big and went out ,lucky for me it picked up good a bit too good at the end

managed some gybe practice and did'nt break anything happy

steve corps kept up with my van on the way home clocked him about 37 mph ish nice one
