At last I've sailed west kirby!!
really pleased I made the trip today, not very broad plus me and tris had the place to oursevles to start with so that made it easy to get a feel for it and gain some confidence sailing so close to rocks at over 38knots!
It was best in the morning, the wind was shifting too, sometimes you could beat upwind back to the start corner other times back to little wall near carpark. so i guess it was WSW
