first at brancaster, interesting. . .  . looks good for 40+ but not today, very gusty. The gusts must have been getting upto 50. I couldn't get locked in and settled due to prospect of being hit by a big gust, some times the water looked as if it was boiling, I need more practice and balls!!  I still had a good blast burning off turkey and mince pies. I should of had one more run to boost the average but I know when to conceed.

Tried Brancaster again on low tide after tide surge took out the sand dunes ,very square in southerly.Crazy gust made sailing very hard work,First time I've been so over powered on 5.1.Fastest was the thornham end but took you out into big chop and sailing back was taking you a bit to far in the conditions

Bearing off on gust took you out into crazy chop.and as next stop is Holland safety keep us close to the shore.Spot has potential
