found it more comfortable in the conditions with cross was  a bit of   Oh white horses ! coming from north a touch and  not much water  (running out of runway as well  ) but fun  on the cross

Predusk outing - still aching from Thursday's session - somehow I never quite get fit enough not to ache!

injury kept session short as im not supposed to do the splits at my age, or it might have been the spectacular bowling from night before
