What a nice day!
The whole day sunny and a constant blowing wind. I was sometimes overpowered on the big 70cm-board, but had good fun on this spot together with the o-spot teammembers (I was the spy today ;-) ).
Worked on my alpha's and broke my previous record 5 times. At the end I was entering a jibe fullspeed but got smashed big times. The signal to end the session. ;-)
Again a nice workout on the big board with again +80km. Nothing better to imporove my condition.
