Awsome wavesail in the morning at the club in the NW before it swung W and waves got choppy.

So then off to the inlet after a delicious Vegie Burger from the cafe for extra ballast to pip the wave gear and myself over 40!.

Gear went great, a 2002 Kaos 4.7, chipped/gouged fin, waist harness etc.

Had some 38s on the display early on, Ka Amac said my style was a mess after checking a run going down on and off the gas, well that comment had some positive effect as the next run I did was the 41.5 max. Keep the verbal abuse coming coach it works a treat!!!

Just so you get an idea of the conditions there was plenty of sand to give you a facial, though several of us also enjoyed the cyclonic facial irragation treatment too with some great crashes. Holed sails catapults, harness flying off better that than my boom breaking.

Foxy gets play of the day with his spectacular rendition of what could be described as an Exploding Catherine Wheel, Mast/base failure? with the hammer down looked very NASTY! and then to add further insult the Ghostrider swindled his board and headed E at a rate of knots.

So what a session all the way in to the dark lets do it again next wk end!
