Great day again here in Luderitz. For me it was test time.

I received my new NP sails just at the start of the session. Not the mast though.

First few runs on a Simmer mast. Did not work.

Then Christian Bornemann lent me a older X9 430. Runs was getting better. Little tune here and there and each run got faster. In the end I lowered the boom 5 cm and lengthen my harnais and that was it, I was tuned. Really good feeling and I started to see over 50 max and 48,7 I think on theh 20 sec.

The rig is very different than my proto sails. lighter but yet with power. looks like I have a better speed potential with them though. Remains to be seen but times look fast and today was quite a bit less than the other day. Looking forward to the next bigger blow.

Part from that nothing to say, My Mistral production board chris design is on fire. My gasoil fin rules. I start to feel ready......
