iS97, 7.8RBlade, 33 CL SL2 - Lammermoor Beach, QLD, AU ESE 12-18kn

Well if someone suggested that I use a 33cm fin in the iS97 with a 7.8 sail in the ocean I'd think they were taking the piss, but after Thursday's sail using JJ's 30cm fin in his Mistral 112 I thought what the hell I'll give the 33cm a go in the 97.  Cannot believe how well it went and only let go a couple times in some big lulls.  Board felt good both pointing and going off the wind so there is something pretty special about them.  Left arm blew up towards the end (I think the Paqua was too tight) but darkness had won out also.  Quick but fun sail using the 33 CL SL2 for the first time and in a bigger board than I had originally planned.
