Quick sail after lunch - Wind had too much south in it making for some difficult conditioons with cross chop and ocean swell.  Had some butt clenching moments trying some off the wind runs but no offs until my final run back into the beach when going really deep I accidentally came unhooked and went to load up but slapped into the water whilst my board went another twenty metres on.  Happy with my Nm considering conditions.
