This was my first day here in ten years, first ever in wind. The chop is smaller but can get bouncy with a few anklebiters.. I was on slalom racing gear with a 32 cm cnc fin. A smaller fin would have really helped, nevertheless great fun. That alone will get the speeds up

I have a lot to learn about the wind here. There were just a few sailors on the water. I sailed all over trying to learn. It can be gusty as the locals have told me.

More than equipment , learning the site and tactics are the
