What a fun day, so thankful to Matty York for the loan of a board and also the encoragment. Amazing to meet everone and I leant so mcuh in a short session. Getting used to sailing in the UK again and building confidence, still fighting jet lag and readjusting to the cold. Having windsurfed all over the world this past years today would have to rate as one of my favorte sessions in memory and I cannot wait to get back out there and set some better speeds. Here in UK for anotgher 2 weeks so maybe we'll get another session(s). Congrats to Scotty Stallman, awesome to see him out there settings PBs. For me, today was all about getting a tick in the box and prepping for future sessions, hence mission accomplished.
