another gusty slalom sailing day here in Hood River. Choppy open fresh water. It was not always filled in so not so great 10 second times, but peak speed are growing as I get more used and fine tuned with the sail. It flies:)
Two pilates classes and two yoga classes this week really brought great awareness and power to harness puffs. I was down to as little as two classes a week for last month as schedule was busy.
I started out season in great shape, but now that I am in sailing shape, core fitness and awareness had not been as sharp.
Blending both pilates/yoga and sailing really works,, feels good too:)
