Track ends abruptly as I hit a dead spot in the wind and was happily but slowly making use of the occasional gust to get back to shore when the jetski from the centre turned up and wouldn't take no for an answer and insisted on towing me back. Turns out my fellow sailors had decided I was in trouble and sent him out to me at a cost of  fifty effing euros. If I'd wanted help I would have asked for it. He refused to tow me a hundred meters back into where I could see there was wind mainly because he wanted to get me back to shore to collect his bounty.

Still, had a nice ride down to Sotavento and in future I'll try and make sure there's no one else around when I sail as it's much cheaper that way. Some people just worry too much but I ain't one of them.

My only concern was the shark that was showing some interest in me, little bugger.
