First sail in over a year and second since my accident in 2015. My specialists wanted me to try sail again and see the pain levels and recovery levels. Just a nice light session without any stress. Pain levels managable during but pretty bad aftrwards. The nice shallow and warmish water at Swan Bay is great for cruising. It was nice to be under the watchful eye of our resident paramedic (mostly as I passed him lol :). Nerve pain sucks but drugs and red wine help with that.. It was great to get out again and use the new 2017 KA Race finally. Its super stable and loves powering thru the lulls even with my new found 4 kgs on board.. Always fub times with the creamaster crew :)
