Terrific day on the Wadden Sea! Expected the weather to be much worse, so having sunshine mostly was a welcome sight. It has been a while since I was last here. Last time was May 2016...

As everybody was rigging 7.0 today, I decided to follow along. I'm not sure yet whether I would like to keep this sail on SDM  though. At first it felt like I sailed with a piece of plywood. Some additional downhaul made it a lot better, but still, I'm lacking a bit of control in the gusts. The board/fin combo however was pure gold, as always. All in all: could've been better on the technical side, but I enjoyed myself immensly (as did the others, judging from the big grins afterwards!).

Let's hope for more of these sessions the next few months. And to Ferdinand: speedy recovery!
