First sail on the new 08 9.0 koncept and F2 rx 133. GREAT FUN! The biggest sail and board I have ever owned. The wind was light ( kiters only and on 13 sq m) but never came off the plane all session. Now I know how smaller guys feel on 105 litre boards :). Even though it was high tide Torquay (waves, big chop etc)the rx was great. It IS VERY fat (30 inches 75 cm) and accellerates very nicely even with 110 kg on it. It gybes even better than I thought it would. The 9.0 koncept is a dream. It wasn't that long ago that you couldn't get 6.0 that well balanced. It rigged easily and the boomropes are only 1 inch back from where the 6.6 has them. Thats how well the draught sets on this big baby. Haven't used a 42 cm fin for a very long time but the F2 standard fin felt fine. This will be a geat training set up for me and gives heaps of pleasure in very light conditions.
