First try on the W49, due to the cold water 10degC and rain 10degC,  I didn't do much tuning and only had 6 runs. Despite numb feet it gybes ok in the chop which is handy as I found I had to go beyond the sand bank to go upwind and gybe as I was losing too much ground down wind if I gybed in the channel and tried going back up wind.  This board felt really quick and I'm looking forward to getting this dialed in when the spring winds arrive.
