Very quick session today and I didn't have the medium board with me which was a shame. Still haven't found the killer set up on the 90 with 7.0, but its feeling better each time. I moved the track a little further forward than normal and it seemed to give me better speed on the flat, even if it was slightly less controllable on the open sea. I think I probably would have been quicker still on the medium board, but I need to doi more testing. 

Twan was again flying. Feel like I am in touch when its open water, but on the flat he is gone. I am sure he will have got a few peaks over 40kts. Bjorn was rigging as I left too, so I dont think I will be getting many daily spot records today!
