Great to be back on the speed board again!   Wasn't an epic forcast so just wanted to try a couple of NMile runs.  Spent the most of the session wishing I had more power and the last couple of runs wishing I has less.

No mile PB unfortunatly but was fun (and exhausing) trying. I was not starting far enough up the river...needed another 100m.  I think I can break the 40 sometime as Southend.

Really good to see the Southend locals again and enjoyed catching up..
