Very tough conditions today. Super choppy, gusty and shifty. After a coupld of spins outs at 35kts+ I decided it was too riskty....  but then had a good run with a peak over 40kts, so carried on. Ended up having probably the worst crash so far. 36kts to zero in a flash and ended up wraping my neck and shoulder around the boom or mast or something... Massive bruise and painful to swallow... But that is a lesson to trust your instincts and if its not good, dont force it!
