Good to be back on the water, except never turn your back on your rig when putting your wetsuit on when its a blustery Nor wester!! Walked downs the steps at Herne Bay to rigging area and found sail had flipped over with mast tip propped up against power pole . Sail just missed council sign nailed to the pole. No harm done! Fewwww!!!

Very WNW session more NW so first run no wind getting off the beach. Grovelled  and floated back upwind and was ready to call it quits, but gave it another go and wind then kicked with incoming tide. No runs up at reef but real fun doing 34 knots down the middle of the harbour near
Watchman Island. Body sore!! 27 HR fin was solid with no spin out.
