Last day in Hampshire and still the winds blows even if it was abit less than yesterday :( The session did'nt start off that good as the tide and lighter wind hampered planing even if Rob had a top time with his kite gear.I struggled as soon as I left the shelter of the shingle bar as the wind dropped and I hit the full force of the tide !!! I gave up after a couple of hours and walked back to the van, then the wind freshened late afternoon so I did the Beaulieu river again but this time the was not as good as the wind was abit lighter and the Solent more choppy than yesterday.A great weekend nevertheless and I just love Lepe it's a fantastic place to sail.
