Nearly the only one on the beach that wasn't laughing..

Started early with the HTS SR59 and the RS Slalom MIII 6.2, first run nearly crashed because the racestraps were too small, but I was to eager to try what the board could do. 2nd run was a nice 74 max which made me happy.
The wind picked up more and more so I went back to the beach to rig my 5.0 and get the missile. Whole day tried and tried, every possible setup but couldn't keep the board steady on the water. Tried 3 different fins but none would work. I thought I forgot how to sail properly untill I was sick of it and got the 6.2 out again. With the 25 sl7 the set was rocksteady in every gust, I was completely locked and allways in control. A shame the wind was already getting less powerfull because last half hour I made all the fast runs...
Next time I will definetly have a RSS 5.5, 40 knots avg will be no point what so ever, 500% sure of that.

Bad luck for Walther who broke his second boom in short period after crashing into "something"

Most respect and well earned for John. Unbelievable how he is still working his way up the rankings! If you ever have a fanclub I will definetly be part of it =)

Hopefully soon more wind to come for payback time... I'll be ready!
