A lot of wind. Was very hesitant to go out at all. Spend a first few hours at the beach. When seeing Bjorn E and Henrik M going really well, I decided to give it a go. It was not as scary as I thought. Started with 5.8, but then changed to 5.0 as the wind picked up even more. Was quite comfortable though there were monster gusts. At one point I was sailing behind Markus E and then he fell in a serious gust. I learned later that he fell because his harness hook had been straightened when the gust hit. Not completely happy with my speeds (even if it was pb on the 5x10s average). Happier about Bjorn E's and Henrik M's speeds which were just great. Markus E was in a class of his owned peaking at over 43 knot and averaged closed to 40 knots. I must have said at least 15 times that this really is the last run. It was just too fun to stop.
