Decided that this must be my weekly workout, don't spend 1 hour in the gym, but sailing for 1 or 2 hours non stop really powered up. A better way of burning fat i can't imagine. After 20 minutes you just go on the automatic pilote and you forget about the time. A great feeling.
This must be the fastest hour ever posted on GPSTC and second fastest ever posted on GP3S. Wish we have a place were the brick walls are a few kilometers longer, this hour includes 29 gybes.
